Shipping Options

The shipping cost is already added to the product price. Therefore NO additional shipping charge will be added to your order.

Note: Sometimes delays are possible upon events such as holidays and delays in custom clearance. In such cases we expect our customers to be patient.


Order-pickup Procedure

You will be informed via email/phone once the order is ready to pickup. Then you are allowed to collect it at anytime easy for you. To protect you from fraud, we require you to bring three things to our local office:

• Invoice received for the advance payment. (The order/product will not be issued if the customer fails to present the invoice)
• A printed copy of the email received for your online payment (if you made the payment by the credit/debit card)
• Government-issued ID (National ID, Driving license or Passport)
